The Horror Sex Symbol and horror expert, Christopher Highland, and The King of Splatter Punk and author of The Camp Crystal Lake Novels, William Pattison, host this horror discussion podcast that also included horror news, horror reviews, merchandise news, and Scream Factory releases.
This podcast started as Extreme Horror on Blog Talk Radio in 2010 and lasted three seasons under that title until being changed to Full Spectrum Horror because host Christopher Highland preferred talking about all the subgenres of horror not just perverse titles.
On August 13th 2012 The Twisted Twins, Jen and Sylvia, publicly snubbed both host Christopher Highland and William Pattison. The center of the conflict was that Mr. Highland asked William (amusingly) to invite The Soskas to be the special guests on the August 13th, William Pattison's birthday, episode. The Soskas declined stating they were busy doing several conventions in August and wouldn't be doing any podcasts that month. Well, a week before the birthday show The Soskas posted all over social media that on August 12th, 13th, and 14th they were going to be doing nine hours of podcasts because quote, "These are our friends and we'll do anything for our friends..." Both Christopher and William (especially) took this as a slap to their faces since at that time The Wolf Pack had had the Soskas on their shows six times and considered the girls like family. A year later host William Pattison ended up blocking The Soskas on social media because the girls never apologized for the clear insult. After that the issue became a public war with The Soskas, their fans, and William constantly attacking each other on social media, which also lead to the cyber stalking of William that lasted until 2023. In 2020 William, to be the bigger person, sent an olive leaf to the Soskas, but The Soskas never replied.
Full Spectrum Horror ran from 2013 thru 2016 on Blog Talk Radio and continued on You Tube and Vimeo till 2021 when the show cancelled due to creative issues between the hosts.
